What is BeautyFlow?
BeautyFlow is a Point of Sale system specially designed for Beauty Salons, Hair and Nail Salons, Tanning Salons, and Massage Therapists. An additional module for consignment shops, such as antique stores, is also available. This software allows you to set work schedules for your employees, let them check their work schedules from home, store customer information, run sales, track payroll and taxes for your accounting needs, let customers book appointments online through your website, and much, much more. This functionality, as well as most other basic functionality, is available with the Base Package for $65 per month.
The BeautyFlow Employee Dashboard allows employees to see upcoming scheduled appointments for the day, and also to make check-in and check-out quick from a shift quick and easy. Here employees can create an appointment for later in the day, or run a sale from a customer who has just finished up.
How can BeautyFlow help my business?
BeautyFlow can predict what service a customer is most likely to want when they come in. Through our software, you can send special discount codes through text, have inventory automatically re-ordered when running low (optional), track hours worked down to the minute, and allow customers to view images and video of your hair and nail services prior to their visit. If you run a Salon that also offers tanning services, having a software that integrates tanning minute tracking, extra taxes paid, how worn out a particular bed may be, and can text your customers to let them know about special tanning packages offered by your business, can be very beneficial. These are all available features with BeautyFlow's Tanning Module.
View seperate Income breakdowns, payroll expenses, and overall customer feedback at different branches for your company. BeautyFlow can make managing a large Salon with mutiple locations easy. Best of all, you pay the same monthly rate no matter how many seperate branches/locations your Salon owns.
View inventory at each location easily. With the Advanced Inventory Module, iventory items can automatically be re-ordered when stock is running low. With large inventory, items can be sorted by category, or sister groups can be created for more specific organization. Each inventory item has an associated QuickCode so it can be easily selected at checkout. Mousing over the name of the item in the Inventory Menu will display this QuickCode.
Set schedules for employees that can be checked from a phone or computer. Set a schedule to repeat at the same time on the same day of the week, or to be unique for each day. BeautyFlow also allows managers to swap employees between branches. The 'Time View' tab allows tracking of the total time worked and number of sales for each employee.
